Company Overview
SSV Engineering & Manpower Services is seeking creative and motivated Architects for positions including Junior and Senior Architect roles located in Mysuru, Karnataka. This opportunity involves working on commercial and residential projects, providing a chance to implement innovative architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative architectural plans aligned with client needs.
- Create project plans adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality architectural designs within allocated budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to coordinate various aspects of the project.
- Enhance project execution processes and boost overall team productivity.
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate project activities on-site.
- Stay informed on the latest architectural materials, trends, and design methodologies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in architectural practice.
- Strong creativity paired with precise attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of space planning and client requirements.
- Proficiency with design and visualization tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and V-Ray (preferred).
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage clients and project stakeholders.
Working Conditions and Compensation
- Location: Mysuru, Karnataka.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Compensation: Salary ranges from ₹70,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
