Position Details

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Work shifts are during evenings
• Hourly wage of $14
• Weekly salary payments

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of the assigned areas in one or multiple building sites as designated
• Maintain all flooring surfaces using various methods such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures when applying chemical cleaners and operating power equipment to avoid damage
• Attend to restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances ensuring they are clean and well-maintained
• Dispose of trash properly, including use of compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass panels, and mirrors with appropriate techniques and tools
• Spot clean carpets and assist with deep cleaning processes like shampooing and extraction
• Restock paper goods and sanitary products as needed
• Follow a scheduled housekeeping plan
• Utilize heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers when required
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on workplace needs and client instructions

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of experience in janitorial duties
• Training will be provided on the job
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and custodial standards
• Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing techniques
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous
