About the Role
Join Bangalore Job Hub as an International Customer Support Representative for a healthcare voice process catering to global clients. The position requires handling queries during US rotational shifts with defined working days and benefits for commute.
Work Schedule and Benefits
- The shift follows a US rotational timing pattern, operating five days a week with two days off.
- One-way cab service is available for employees traveling between 8 PM and 6 AM within a 25 km radius.
- Salary packages range from ₹21,000 to ₹32,000 per month depending on experience, inclusive of night shift allowances and attendance bonuses.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Open to both freshers and experienced professionals with a minimum of 6 months in international voice-based customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Education qualification: PUC or Graduation.
- Preferred age between 38 and 39 years (DOB 1987).
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Compensation Details
- Freshers can earn up to ₹26,666 per month, equivalent to approximately 3.2 lakh per annum.
- Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹31,666 per month, roughly 3.8 lakh per annum.
- Additional night shift allowance of ₹4,400 and an attendance bonus of ₹500 are included.
