Interior Designer

About the Role

Samagra Interiors LLP seeks a creative and meticulous 3D Rendering Designer to craft photorealistic interior visualizations and actively support client engagement. The role involves explaining design concepts, displaying visuals, and iteratively refining designs in response to client input to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs for residential interiors.
• Create accurate 3D models aligned to layout plans, design briefs, and client specifications.
• Develop and present mood boards including materials, colors, textures, furniture, and finishes.
• Communicate concept details to clients clearly and professionally.
• Incorporate client feedback and implement design revisions efficiently.
• Collaborate with interior designers and project teams to ensure design objectives are met.
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, and decor accents to enhance visual presentations.
• Ensure designs are both practical and visually appealing, adhering to approved concepts.
• Organize and maintain libraries of models, materials, and textures for ongoing use.
• Stay abreast of market products, visualization methods, and current interior design trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization focusing on interior projects.
• Proficiency with 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, and similar 3D visualization software.
• Strong awareness of contemporary interior materials, finishes, products, and market trends.
• Capable of confidently presenting and discussing design ideas with clients.
• Solid understanding of lighting, color theory, spatial aesthetics, and textures.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layout documents.
• Excellent attention to detail complemented by communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on residential turnkey interior projects.
• Basic competency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating realistic renderings and well-crafted mood boards.
• Skill in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
