Interior Designer & Showroom Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors in Doha is seeking a creative and organized Interior Designer & Showroom Sales Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role involves managing client relationships via CRM, supporting showroom sales activities, creating social media content, and preparing graphic design materials and moodboards. The candidate will ensure that client inquiries are tracked, followed up, and converted into showroom visits or sales opportunities while also assisting with visual content creation when not engaged with client matters.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekly day off: Sunday
• Employee must be available to close the showroom by 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads via multiple platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, campaigns, and showroom queries.
• Maintain accurate client data within GoHighLevel CRM, promptly contacting and qualifying leads by project details, budget, location, timeline, and furniture preferences.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments, follow up on missed visits, record all client communications, and maintain clear lead status and next steps.
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, client decisions, and reactivate prior leads or quotations as needed.
• Provide clients updates regarding quotations, designs, production, and deliveries in coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare daily activity summaries and weekly CRM pipeline reports.
• Welcome visitors to the showroom, assist with furniture choices regarding color, material, and finishes, and support client meetings and sales closing activities.
• Maintain showroom organization and close procedures at day end.
• Generate daily social media stories, weekly reels, promotional posts, seasonal campaigns, and manage content publication across Instagram, Facebook, and other approved channels.
• Photograph and film products, showroom displays, completed installations, and organize photo/video libraries.
• Create visual marketing materials including moodboards, furniture collages, room concepts, brochures, and presentations suited to client style and budget.
• Maintain templates for moodboards and client presentations and assist sales and design teams with visual content creation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in marketing, graphic design, CRM management, retail, or showroom support.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with an interest in furniture and interior design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to follow up with clients regularly.
• Comfortable making calls, WhatsApp communication, appointment management, and working under sales performance targets and KPIs.
• Capable of working independently with thorough task documentation.
• Must be available to work full shifts on Fridays and Saturdays until 10 PM and be based in or able to join Qatar shortly.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Previous work experience within furniture, interior design, fit-out, home décor, kitchens, or luxury retail sectors.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms.
• Basic knowledge of furniture layouts, materials, and color coordination.
• Experience in designing moodboards and interior-related content.
• Holding a valid Qatar driving license.

Performance Metrics

• Accuracy and completeness of CRM data entry and records.
• Timeliness in responding to new enquiries and completing follow-ups.
• Quantity of qualified showroom appointments booked and client attendance rates.
• Sales volume generated or supported through managed leads.
• Consistency and quality of social media and marketing content.
• Timely delivery of moodboards and promotional collateral.
• Overall attendance, discipline, and adherence to reporting schedules.
