Insurance Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain various insurance products and services.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing their queries.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets to maximize commission incentives.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants should have completed 12th standard or hold a graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Possess average to good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 fully paid from the first day without deductions.
• Attractive monthly incentives averaging up to ₹60,000 on top of the fixed salary.
• Work schedule includes rotational shifts and one rotational week off.

Work Location and Shifts

• Position based at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
• Work hours follow a rotational shift pattern.
