About the Role and Company
ACME India Microsys Private Limited is recruiting Quality Inspection Officers (also referred to as Field Officers) for government-backed Skill Development Projects located across Maharashtra. This position is primarily field-based, focused on assessing, monitoring, and validating the quality and compliance of Skill Development Training Centres within candidates' own districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to various Skill Development Training Centres to perform inspections.
- Assess the availability and condition of infrastructure, classrooms, laboratories, and training equipment.
- Observe and monitor attendance of students and trainers as well as overall training quality.
- Ensure that centres comply with guidelines issued by NSDC, SSC, and government authorities.
- Prepare various reports such as Inspection Reports, MIS Reports, DTP, DTR, and routine Monitoring Reports.
- Verify documents and maintain centre records accurately.
- Work in coordination with the Project Head and Head Office for smooth operations.
- Travel routinely within the assigned district for fieldwork.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proficiency in Marathi language (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
- Graduation degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills paired with sharp observation capability.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations is necessary.
- Possession of a smartphone with internet access.
- Owning a two-wheeler is preferable as extensive travel within districts is required.
- Willingness to undertake mostly fieldwork (90%) with some office-based tasks (10%).

- Monthly salary ranged between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000.
