Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our corporate gifting division in Bengaluru, focusing on B2B client engagement. The role centers on managing incoming client inquiries, understanding their gifting needs, presenting suitable products, providing quotations, nurturing leads, and ultimately converting inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries from corporate clients.
- Engage with clients to assess their gifting requirements including quantity, budget, customization needs, and delivery schedules.
- Suggest appropriate corporate gift options aligned with client needs.
- Provide product catalogs, detailed quotations, and information via WhatsApp and email channels.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into finalized orders.
- Negotiate terms and close sales in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain continual communication with both prospective and existing clients to foster good relationships.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to coordinate customization, artwork, production, and delivery logistics.
- Keep precise records of sales transactions and client data.
- Work towards generating repeat sales from current clients.
Additional Details
This position strictly excludes any field sales activities such as door-to-door sales or cold calling. The focus remains on handling qualified inbound leads and business enquiries, following up diligently, and turning opportunities to sales.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 40,000.
