Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for developing leads, managing prospects, and converting opportunities into sales. This position requires active coordination with internal teams, regular follow-ups, and a strong focus on meeting monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Track down interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline until closure.
• Arrange product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Keep customer and lead details updated in the CRM system.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and conversion targets.
• Coordinate closely with the pre-sales and technical teams.
• Develop long-term, positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good negotiation skills.
• Working familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
• A results-oriented approach with consistent follow-up discipline.
