Role Overview
This Fixed-Term Contract opportunity within FCM Travel's Corporate team invites proactive candidates to contribute to our growth trajectory. You will focus on identifying sales possibilities within existing clients and driving business relationships forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and leverage growth and sales opportunities in the present customer base.
- Interpret customer data trends to uncover potential business avenues.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients.
- Optimize all technical system configurations and update customers on the latest product enhancements.
- Deliver confident presentations directly and virtually to clients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced in managing accounts or customer relationships effectively.
- Established track record of relationship building with clients.
- Strong communication skills demonstrating product knowledge that supports sales expansion.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
