What you'll be doing

• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards across the store to showcase products effectively and support brand identity.
• Translate the store’s creative direction into engaging displays, outfit stories, and clear product presentation.
• Keep pathways, sightlines, and fixture placement working well so the customer experience feels seamless and sales potential is improved.
• Support trade updates, promotional changes, and in-store activity setups.
• Adjust visual presentation to fit local store needs while staying aligned with the brand’s core style.
• Work closely with Store Managers to align on priorities, execution, and store impact.
• Coach team members on visual merchandising principles and help build their confidence and capability.
• Use sales information and other insights to place key products more effectively and inform display decisions.
