Role Overview

The Hygiene Operative plays a critical role in upholding stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the production facility, ensuring the manufacturing environment remains safe and conducive to producing high-quality products.

Working Hours

You will work on a day shift schedule, covering 4 out of 7 shifts weekly, with shifts running from 6am to 6pm on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness across all production areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to meet required standards across the factory.
  • Operate in multiple sections of the facility to ensure comprehensive coverage of hygiene needs.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to complete a 10-week Level 1 training program, which upon successful completion leads to Level 2 skilled competency and pay uplift.
