About the Role
Join the Global People Services & Solutions (GPSS) Country Services team based in Singapore to support the smooth execution of HR operations. You will be pivotal in orchestrating interview processes, onboarding new employees, managing employment documentation, handling contract renewals, maintaining accurate records, and providing comprehensive new hire assistance. Your efforts will ensure a consistent and efficient experience for both employees and candidates, while upholding adherence to company policies and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and related activities for candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Administer employment documentation and assist with contract renewals in compliance with company regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records.
- Assist with various HR operational functions to facilitate seamless employee lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently within a dynamic workplace.
