Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage comprehensive HR activities within our organization located in Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra. This full-time position demands a proactive individual to facilitate recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance evaluation, and company relations to support organizational goals and cultivate a motivating workplace environment.
Main Duties
- Leading recruitment processes and smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Handling employee relations to maintain a positive workplace dynamic.
- Managing relations between the company and its employees.
- Organizing and implementing employee training and development initiatives.
- Coordinating performance management systems to enhance productivity.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000, alongside performance-based bonuses and internet reimbursement benefits.
Work Schedule and Location
The position operates during day shifts, requiring candidates to commute or relocate to Shivajinagar, Pune before commencing employment.
