Job Location
This position is based in Ajman, UAE.
Job Purpose
Lead and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract, select, and retain high-caliber professionals across retail, manufacturing, and corporate divisions, ensuring hiring deadlines support the company's expansion needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle the recruitment process end-to-end, from talent sourcing to onboarding completion.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Conduct candidate evaluations including screening and interviews.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and maintain job portal listings.
- Prepare employment offers and oversee the onboarding procedure.
- Generate recruitment reports and ensure recruitment operations comply with company regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least five years of recruitment experience specifically within the perfume sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies and UAE labor regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
