About the Role
We are seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our dealership's staffing needs. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels and ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment process for dealership vacancies from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various platforms, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking contacts, to find potential candidates.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates that meet job criteria.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with relevant department heads.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems to monitor progress.
- Engage in initial candidate discussions and negotiate salary packages where applicable.
- Assist in onboarding activities and manage employee documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for anticipating future hiring demands.
