Role Overview
The company is seeking an HR Generalist for one of its Blue Cross Blue Shield clients. This position supports both the commercial and federal employee program divisions and acts as the initial point of contact for basic HR-related matters.
What You Will Handle
In this role, you will respond to routine questions about internal policies, collect and organize information related to internal disputes, understand and support corrective action matters, assist managers with posting job openings, address first-level compensation questions, and prepare basic reports.
Experience Needed
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience working as an HR Generalist.
- Background supporting a mid-sized to enterprise organization with approximately 300 to 1000 employees.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
