Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership teams across our main European data center operations to offer comprehensive HR generalist expertise including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational development. Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support covering the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance and engagement management, within key European data center businesses.
  • Implement the People Passionate global strategy priorities across the regional teams.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
  • Drive strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure consistent hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
  • Manage outsourced recruitment coordination to secure a seamless hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for essential roles including engineering, operations, commercial, and leadership positions.
  • Maintain compliance by updating HR policies and procedures consistent with group and local legal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design and support employee engagement, morale, and recognition programs utilizing survey insights.
  • Lead annual HR processes including performance appraisal cycles, objective setting, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Address employee relations issues proactively to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, ensuring all employees have personal development plans and access to leadership programs aligned with succession goals.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data management to facilitate effective reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide regular reporting on key HR metrics such as turnover, mobility, time to hire, and cost implications to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; HR certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven background as a generalist HR professional within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings.
  • Expertise in employment law, talent acquisition, and development strategies in fast-growing businesses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across European sites to meet business requirements.
