Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent HR Assistant to join our team at Lunawat Gems based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves supporting all recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates by leveraging job portals, social networks, employee references, and other recruitment methods.
- Evaluate resumes, perform initial phone interviews, and arrange interviews with relevant department managers.
- Serve as a liaison for candidates during the recruitment cycle, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
- Manage recruitment data by maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment progress, and documenting interview details.
- Support onboarding by collecting necessary documents and managing joining formalities.
- Compile recruitment metrics and assist the HR team with manpower planning and requirements.
