Housekeeping Supervisor - Regional Queensland (DIDO 14:7 Roster)

Position Overview

Civeo Australia is looking for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join their teams based in various villages across Central Regional Queensland, particularly near Mackay in the Bowen Basin. These positions are offered on a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) or Bus-In Bus-Out (BIBO) basis, with no Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) options.

Work Schedule and Locations

This is a permanent role with rosters of either 14 days on/7 days off or 9 days on/5 days off, working 9-hour shifts. Transportation to the villages is facilitated by a free bus service from Mackay, or employees may opt to drive themselves. Villages include towns like Blackwater, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart, among others.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in busy, high-volume hospitality or remote work settings
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, perform under pressure, and manage conflict constructively
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical checks and background screening
• Valid Australian work rights for at least 12 months (no sponsorship available)
• Possession of a current driver's license
