Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be accountable for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest floors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to high standards. You will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient daily operations and replenishment of guest amenities. Your leadership will optimize productivity through effective scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvements to uphold departmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and uphold standards in guest areas, public spaces, and back areas.
  • Manage, direct, and supervise housekeeping staff effectively.
  • Keep guest supplies refilled and available at all times.
