Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our Visakhapatnam location. This role involves directing and managing housekeeping tasks both inside and outside the center to maintain high-quality cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire cleaning process including scrubbing, sweeping, and swabbing across all departments and premises.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all activities meet quality service standards.
• Create and maintain staff rosters for housekeeping personnel.
• Handle inward and outward correspondence related to housekeeping and maintain adequate housekeeping stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness is maintained, keep duty rosters up to date, and monitor the health records of housekeeping staff.
• Maintain housekeeping stock and actively participate in patient and staff care initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee quality housekeeping services.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on areas such as spill management, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste segregation.
• Manage biomedical waste disposal and maintain records in compliance with prescribed guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Requirements & Preferences

• Having a motorcycle is mandatory for this role.
• This position is preferably for male candidates.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 20000 INR.
