About The Opportunity

We are a rapidly expanding import and export logistics company operating throughout the UAE, emphasizing excellence in operations, workplace hygiene, and efficient facility management to enhance our supply chain operations. We are looking for a committed Housekeeping Staff member to uphold spotless conditions across our warehouse and office sites in the UAE.

Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitization tasks in offices, common areas, and warehouse sections using authorized tools and cleaning agents.
• Ensure restrooms are replenished with necessary supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels; manage waste disposal each day in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and update cleaning schedules and logs to support audits and quality assurance checks.
• Immediately notify supervisors of any maintenance, hygiene, or safety concerns encountered during duties.
• Adhere to OSHA and UAE safety standards when handling chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Assist with event preparations by setting up meeting rooms and undertaking cleanup after events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial housekeeping roles.
• Skilled in operating floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and various cleaning products.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and handling chemical safety data sheets (MSDS).
• Basic reading skills in English or Arabic to understand instructions and labels.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift loads up to 20kg, and cover large cleaning areas.
• Punctual, reliable, with willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse settings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety laws is preferred.
• Comfortable using digital checklists or mobile applications for task management.
