Role Summary
The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a vital role in delivering Asian-inspired hospitality, focusing on meticulous attention to detail. Beyond room preparation, this position enhances guest experiences by fostering comfort, care, and a sense of belonging, creating a personal Shangri-La for each visitor.
Key Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and supply of assigned areas adhering to hotel standards.
- Organize, restore, and replenish guest rooms and other hotel spaces following established procedures.
- Apply proper cleaning techniques and handle cleaning chemicals with compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Report promptly any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or unusual occurrences to supervisors.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding English.
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly attitude towards guests and co-workers.
