Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning routines across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and administrative offices.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitization tasks adhere strictly to established protocols and safety standards.
• Keep accurate logs of cleaning activities and promptly alert supervisors to any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to infection control practices and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Engage courteously and positively with residents, staff, and visitors, exemplifying excellent customer service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to maintain a constructive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, facility administration, and company leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Capacity to perform repetitive duties consistently.
• Comfort working around cleaning chemicals and products.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Residency within the service area is required.
