About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Yate, England. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, requiring an active and independent individual who enjoys engaging with people. As an integral part of our team, you will be the face of Iceland while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including manual handling and lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving protocols and perform routine van checks.
• Deliver food products ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist store staff when needed and manage your workload independently.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm as scheduled.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, friendliness, and a passion for delivering a quality customer experience.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrate strong awareness and commitment to road safety.
