Home Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers who value being active, independent, and enjoy meeting people while representing the Iceland brand. This position involves delivering groceries safely and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling
• Comply with safe driving practices at all times
• Conduct regular van safety checks
• Ensure delivered food reaches customers in optimal condition
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions
• Assist in store duties when required
• Work independently managing time efficiently
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns which may vary from 6am to 11pm

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points
• Exude positivity, friendliness, and a passion for excellent customer experience
• Display punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
• Possess strong road safety awareness
