About the Role
Supportive SRC Ltd, a not-for-profit charity focused on community care, is seeking compassionate Health Care Professionals in Newton Aycliffe. This position prioritizes empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of vulnerable individuals in the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to vulnerable persons with daily living activities to promote their independence.
- Support individuals to remain comfortably in their own homes.
- Help with basic cooking to ensure service users receive nutritious home-cooked meals.
- Offer emotional support by being a listener, companion, and motivator.
- Assist with household tasks such as tidying and organizing.
- Help with daily planning including creating shopping lists and outfit selection.
Training and Support
No prior experience in this role is necessary as full training and continuous support are provided to help build confidence and skills.
Work Hours
A range of working hours is available, designed to fit both employee home life and service user needs.
