About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Head to manage comprehensive manufacturing operations at our facility in Kagal, Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, quality control, supplier engagement, and continuous process enhancements while leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
The role demands leadership in production, quality management, lean manufacturing, ERP integration, vendor development, and team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing activities, particularly within Power Press, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, or Automotive sectors.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a Diploma in Management in Mechanical Engineering, accompanied by 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.

- Management of production and operational processes
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement
