Established in 2017, LUX Tennis stands as a premier international sports management firm focusing on tennis, padel, and pickleball within the luxury hospitality sector. The group has an expansive presence, operating in over 45 high-end resorts spanning 20 countries through legal entities in Spain, Switzerland, Morocco, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Their activities extend beyond resort operations to organizing upwards of 30 annual LT Star Events and growing their exclusive LUX Tennis Membership Club.

Role Overview

Reporting to the company founders, the Head of Finance will take charge of the Finance Department, managing all financial operations across the group. This leadership position integrates hands-on operational finance responsibilities with oversight of international financial management and strategic business support, pivotal for driving the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance Department across all group entities.
• Handle revenue collection, invoicing, payments, cash flow, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax experts, and auditors in multiple jurisdictions.
• Compile monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain compliance and implement robust financial controls and efficient processes.
• Support the group’s holding structure, international expansion, and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance finance systems through improved reporting and automation.
• Manage the financial administration of the LUX Tennis Membership Club.
• Report financial performance and recommendations directly to the founders.
• Supervise junior finance staff, including interns or assistants, as the business scales.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Background working within international or multi-entity organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is beneficial.
• Skilled in designing and managing budgeting frameworks across various projects or locations.
• Preferred experience in hospitality, sports management, or service-oriented international businesses.
• Knowledgeable about financial compliance and internal control mechanisms.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving international setting.
• Exemplifies integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and effectiveness in remote work environments.
