About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a content strategy aimed at achieving tangible business results such as increasing organic traffic, user sign-ups attributed to content, and engagement rates.
- Fully manage SEO efforts, targeting improvements in keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic volumes, and domain authority.
- Create and maintain a scalable content production system to ensure a steady publishing rhythm across web, social media, email, and video platforms.
- Set and enforce editorial guidelines to guarantee content quality, accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment at every interaction point.
- Lead and mentor teams of content creators and editors, establishing clear performance goals and quality standards.
- Track and enhance engagement metrics specific to channels such as email campaigns, social media activity, and video consumption.
- Develop detailed reporting systems to relay content performance insights, conversion impacts, and strategic advice to company stakeholders.
- Work closely with growth, product, and compliance teams to ensure content strategies align with acquisition goals and regulatory frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production with a minimum of three years in a senior content management role such as Head or Director.
- Background in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital banking, or other rapidly scaling regulated sectors is essential.
- Proven record of enhancing acquisition metrics including organic traffic growth, higher conversion rates, improved search engine rankings, and content-driven customer acquisition.
- Strong expertise in both technical and content-focused SEO strategy and implementation aligned with measurable objectives.
- Practical experience managing multi-channel content including websites, social media, email marketing, and video platforms.
- Analytical proficiency to leverage data and key performance indicators in making informed strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills encompassing coaching, team growth, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, digital finance, and fintech subject matter with an ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
