Role Overview

The Head Application is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Kozhikode. This role entails managing the complete application lifecycle for students aiming to study overseas, coordinating application workflows across several destination countries. Responsibilities include overseeing application timelines, documentation, and staff management, ensuring the accuracy of information through collaboration with counseling and operations teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team responsible for managing student applications for international education at various global institutions.
• Monitor application progress and status regularly to resolve issues promptly and ensure timely submission.
• Optimize and streamline application processes to enhance efficiency and improve the learner experience.
• Maintain and manage technology tools and platforms that facilitate application processing and tracking.
• Collaborate with partner schools and institutions to ensure alignment of application requirements and smooth coordination.
• Prepare reports on application metrics and progress for internal analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related fields; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate application data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Proven leadership and project management skills for managing teams and multiple application cycles concurrently.
• Proficiency in information technology, including familiarity with application platforms and databases.
• Technical expertise in software development or related areas to assist with system improvements and automation.
• Experience in international education, admissions, or student services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment while handling sensitive information confidentially.
