Role Summary

The Guest Relation Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service throughout their stay, from the moment of check-in to check-out. Acting as the primary contact for guests, this position involves ensuring comfort, handling issues swiftly, and providing personalized services that uphold the hotel's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and friendliness.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest requests, questions, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Offer detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Coordinate special guest requirements, including room preferences and special occasions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and room availability.
• Document guest feedback and contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively and provide assistance accordingly.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and upgrades where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality or front office settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
