About the Role

As Beyond Talks expands, there is a growing need to uncover compelling stories from all corners of India. We seek a dedicated individual to research and build meaningful relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, investors, leaders, and changemakers. This role requires more than just mass emailing; it demands in-depth research, thoughtful communication, and a genuine belief in each story's value. The focus is on connecting with powerful stories, including those from lesser-known yet impactful individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and engage with inspiring people across various industries in India.
• Conduct thorough research to understand individuals' journeys and backgrounds.
• Create personalized outreach messages that reflect appreciation of their story.
• Build and nurture authentic relationships to facilitate impactful conversations for Beyond Talks.

Candidate Profile

• Passion for discovering unique and interesting personalities.
• Confident and natural communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior founders and industry leaders.
• Solid understanding of storytelling and identifying conversations worth having.
• Persistence balanced with respectfulness in follow-ups.
• Background in PR, Media, Journalism, Talent Management, Partnerships, or Business Development is advantageous but not mandatory.
