Role Overview
The Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort seeks a warm, adaptable Guest Experience Agent capable of supporting both Front Office and Housekeeping divisions full-time. This dynamic role involves engaging guest interactions and hands-on support in housekeeping, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Participate in housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Offer local advice, manage guest requests, and promptly address any feedback.
- Assist with linen handling, room preparation, and maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guest areas are maintained in line with brand cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to fulfill guest requirements.
- Accurately process payments and maintain current guest records.
Work Schedule
- Rotating roster encompassing Monday through Sunday shifts.
- Shift hours vary within 6:00 AM to midnight.
- Immediate employment commencement available.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior hospitality experience in Front Office and Housekeeping roles is advantageous.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in hotel or similar settings.
- Highly effective communication skills across multiple channels, with clear and professional articulation.
- Positive, flexible demeanor with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive service and swift issue resolution.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating schedule inclusive of weekends and evenings.
