About the Role

At Kana, we seek a GTM Engineer—a technically proficient creator who treats the revenue funnel as a highly efficient machine rather than a conventional growth marketer or sales operations lead. Your mission is to maximize the sales team’s opportunities by architecting and operating an AI-driven demand generation system that leverages Kana’s platform combined with an advanced technology stack. This ensures personalized, scalable, and continuously optimized inbound and outbound marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the Outbound Engine using tools such as Clay for deep research and lead enrichment, Wiza and Sales Navigator for audience sourcing.
  • Scale large-scale outreach efforts by implementing and maintaining outbound email sequences with Instantly.ai and executing signal-based LinkedIn outreach through Valley, focusing on AI-generated personalization and high deliverability.
  • Serve as the custodian of the central CRM system—HubSpot—automating the lead journey end-to-end from discovery to booked meetings with no manual data entry.
  • Lead inbound and SEO initiatives by identifying high-value keywords and content gaps with SEMRush and deploying compelling AI-generated marketing content.
  • Oversee and optimize paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring continuous message testing, positioning, and experimentation feed into paid channels for better performance.

Compensation
