Role Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support local marketing campaigns through compelling and brand-aligned visuals across both digital and offline channels. This position suits a creative professional who thrives in a dynamic retail or eCommerce setting and can visually communicate engaging stories through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative materials for local retail events spanning web, mobile app, and print formats.
• Generate visual content for email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that align with campaign themes and promotional timelines.
• Create organic social media visuals that highlight key products, stock keeping units (SKUs), and merchandising narratives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising teams to understand campaign goals and produce impactful designs.
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency, are optimized for each platform, and suitably localized for market needs.
• Handle multiple design requests concurrently and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Participate actively in creative brainstorming while preserving the overall brand identity and style.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and agility in adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
