We are recruiting agents for a Domestic Banking Voice Process based in Gurgaon. Candidates should have excellent communication abilities and a commitment to providing top-notch customer support.
Key Duties
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Quickly address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Deliver precise information regarding bank products and services.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualification Requirements
