About the Role
We are seeking a Governance and Reporting Manager to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. This position involves overseeing the governance framework by performing annual reviews of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct yearly assessments of HR policies, including gap analysis with applicable regulations and circulars.
- Oversee the review cycles for all policies, implementing timely and effective actions.
- Lead the annual revision of the employee Code of Conduct to ensure comprehensive compliance.
- Manage the update of the Consequence Management Policy and associated procedures, including reporting case outcomes to leadership.
- Detect and escalate any regulatory compliance issues or conflicts between policies and procedures.
- Maintain and execute an annual governance activity schedule to assure adherence to regulatory mandates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication and understanding of HR governance matters.
- Coordinate and submit periodic and special reports required by regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and validated data within deadlines.
- Stay current with new regulatory obligations, conducting gap analyses and supporting decisions to secure full compliance.
- Create and update an HR governance dashboard tracking key regulatory metrics across HR functions.
- Serve as the main contact for auditing activities, facilitating review processes and monitoring the resolution of audit findings to guarantee prompt closure.
- Compile and prepare documentation for Board, Sub-board, and Management committee meetings to highlight operational risks, controls, governance, and issues to support senior management decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant governance or HR compliance position.
