Role Overview

The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and boost conversion rates. Based full-time in Dubai, this on-site position involves daily campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation and testing, budget oversight, and performance monitoring. The role also requires analyzing campaign data to prepare detailed reports, suggest improvements for ROI, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaign messaging and landing page effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting lead generation.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and manage bid strategies.
• Create effective and persuasive ad copy aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate insightful reports.
• Work with marketing and sales departments to fine-tune landing pages and campaign alignment.
• Maintain consistency in messaging across various digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads including campaign configuration, keyword analysis, and bid management.
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques with experience in paid media campaigns focused on lead acquisition and conversion tracking.
• Adept at crafting compelling ad content and collaborating on landing page development to suit target audiences.
• Analytical capability to interpret campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and to present clear performance insights.
• Experience in service industries; knowledge of visa, travel, or immigration sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within an on-site team environment in Dubai.
• Preferred: Certification in Google Ads or other pertinent digital marketing qualifications.
