Join Our Team in Medical Cannabis Manufacturing Excellence
Curaleaf Canada is expanding and seeks a General Production Technician to strengthen our production workforce at our EU-GMP certified medical cannabis facility serving international markets.
This role plays a central part in our production operations, supporting vital post-harvest processes to ensure products progress safely, efficiently, and in full compliance from cultivation stages through packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drying, processing, and packaging activities to maintain product quality and meet production timelines.
- Adhere strictly to SOPs and quality protocols, accurately complete batch documentation, and promptly report any deviations to uphold regulatory standards.
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain production equipment, while actively participating in sanitation and cleaning procedures across cultivation and processing areas.
- Collaborate with production leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing suggestions for ongoing operational improvements and supporting overall team objectives.
- Perform hands-on tasks including standing and walking for extended shifts, lifting up to 25kg (55lbs), repetitive manual operations, and handling production equipment and solvents within a regulated environment.
Candidate Profile
- Reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in compliance-focused, structured production settings.
- Comfortable with hands-on work and committed to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.
- Possesses good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Excellent accuracy when managing data and documentation.
- Experience working within SOP-driven and regulated environments preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis plant biology, post-harvest activities, GMP, GACP, or regulated production is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices, drying, processing, packaging operations, or controlled environment systems is a plus.
Work Details
- Location: On-site at Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
- Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday to Saturday.
- Physical demands include prolonged standing, heavy lifting, repetitive manual tasks, and use of personal protective equipment.

Compensation
Annual salary: CA$50,000
