General and Operations Manager

About the Role

IESE Solutions is recruiting General and Operations Managers to support the mission of the U.S. Space Forces, specifically through the Space Systems Command (SSC) directorates in El Segundo, California. The team plays a crucial role in aiding government weapon system program offices by offering expertise in Space-based and Ground Systems, particularly Command & Control technologies. Members contribute to systems engineering development and integration efforts that protect and uphold the nation's vital space assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and revision of Technical Orders, Manuals, and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals by analyzing if modifications are required and reviewing engineering drawings to assess impacts on Technical Orders.
• Support the Technical Order Manager by providing specialized technical advice and aiding in the development of technical documentation.
• Assess equipment configurations, component parts, spare parts, and support strategies, offering recommendations to the Configuration Management office, Technical Order Manager Authority, and other relevant government personnel.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance is mandatory.
