Full-Time Commercial Cleaner (Second Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent full-time Commercial Cleaner to join our team, tasked with maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across commercial or corporate properties. This role involves demanding physical cleaning duties while following strict health and safety guidelines and expertly handling industrial cleaning tools.

Key Duties

• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas including hallways, office spaces, and storage rooms.
• Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, breakrooms, and elevators.
• Manage inventory by restocking consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens.
• Handle collection and disposal of trash and recycling from all facility areas.
• Attend to specialized cleaning tasks like washing glass partitions, windows, and mirrors.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of chemical cleaners and equipment in compliance with company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Demonstrate at least two years of experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles.
• Have physical stamina to stand, walk, bend continuously, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds (approximately 23 kilograms) regularly.
• Exhibit strong time management skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
