About the Company and Role
BAAGUL LLP, a digital marketing agency located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, is seeking a Full Stack AI Developer, also called Vibe Coder, to join their team on a full-time basis working from office. The role involves quickly building, deploying, and maintaining websites and web applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack web applications utilizing Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Work with backend technologies such as Node.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL.
- Create functional elements including login/signup systems, dashboards, admin panels, search and filtering capabilities, as well as APIs.
- Build websites based on supplied reference models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs found in AI-generated code.
- Understand, test, and enhance existing codebases.
- Integrate third-party APIs as needed.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Deploy websites on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, and Cloudflare.
- Manage domain settings, DNS configurations, environment variables, and basic deployment challenges.
- Maintain and update a variety of company and client websites.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months and up to 3 years of relevant experience via employment, internships, freelancing, or projects.
- Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and basic backend/database knowledge.
- Comfortable extensively using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT/Codex (premium access provided).
- Able to comprehend, test, and debug AI-produced code effectively.
- Basic design and UI knowledge is sufficient as reference websites will be provided.
- Capable of independently handling the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and debugging.
Additional Information
- Joining bonus of ₹10,000 is offered.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.
- This position requires working onsite at the company office in Bengaluru.
Fresh graduates with at least 6 months of strong internship or freelance project experience are also encouraged to apply.
