Frontend Engineer – React

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer specializing in React to join Willsmarg Technologies LLC and contribute to enterprise-scale projects across product engineering, cloud, data, AI, security, and delivery platforms. This position is fully remote and based in California, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade frontend solutions, including UI systems, reusable components, dashboards, and portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, QA, cloud, security, and delivery to meet project goals.
• Ensure code is clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable following role requirements.
• Take part in design reviews, sprint planning, resolving issues, documentation, and preparing releases.
• Drive continuous enhancements in engineering standards, delivery quality, and operational maturity.

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in enterprise technology settings.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude combined with strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Practical experience with tools and technologies relevant to frontend engineering, particularly React and associated frameworks.
• Ability to operate effectively within structured delivery models with an emphasis on accountability and quality.
• Familiarity with enterprise application deployment, including cloud infrastructure, data management, QA, security, and support operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in developing enterprise product platforms, SaaS applications, or large-scale business software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, governance, and compliance processes.
• Capability to collaborate across distributed teams in the USA and India.
• A strong sense of ownership with attention to quality, deadlines, stakeholder communication, and documentation detail.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Relevant technology certifications, particularly in cloud and Agile practices, are advantageous.

Additional Information

• Position is open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B visa holders.
• Relocation assistance is available if needed based on role and project requirements.
• Salary range is $98,000 to $118,000 annually.
