Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our dynamic Night Operations Team. This role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out duties and involves ensuring a smooth, secure, and exceptional guest experience throughout the late-night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace the fast-paced nature of nightlife operations beyond standard front desk transactions.
• Lead by example in anticipating and delivering high-quality guest service throughout the entire guest journey.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and an engaging personality during night shifts.
• Proactively support guest satisfaction and maintain smooth operation of the guest services department overnight.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a flexible schedule combined with a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Be passionate about providing extraordinary guest service experiences.
• Enjoy working within a team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
• Possess strong verbal communication skills and maintain a fun, engaging work demeanor.
• Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud software is essential for this position.
