Role Overview
We are seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at h4 Fitness Studio in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting members, managing inquiries related to memberships, handling communication channels including calls and WhatsApp messages, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role also involves supporting sales and customer service tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist all fitness studio members.
- Address membership inquiries and support new or existing customer needs.
- Manage telephone calls, WhatsApp communications, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Ensure the front desk operates smoothly throughout working hours.
- Assist the sales team and contribute to customer service efforts as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Telugu languages is expected.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Compensation Details
The annual salary package ranges between 144000 INR and 180000 INR.
