Role Overview

This role is a full-time, remote position as a Freelance Recruiter responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for positions across India. The recruiter will source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews via phone or virtual meetings, and coordinate further hiring stages. Responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline for diverse technology and business roles, tracking applications, and ensuring clear communications with all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and follow-up communications.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage candidates.
• Create detailed job postings aligned with client or internal requirements and provide frequent updates on recruitment status to stakeholders.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for technology and business roles across India.
• Maintain timely and efficient communication with candidates and clients to ensure recruitment targets are met.
• Handle multiple hiring requisitions concurrently across various locations nationwide in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing entire recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer phase.
• Experience working with online job portals, social media, and professional networking sites to source talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain recruitment trackers effectively.
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing, applicant tracking systems, and project management software.
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in technology or multi-sector roles within India.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision and deliver consistent results.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; additional certification or formal training in recruitment is advantageous.
