About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift is a platform bridging experts globally with AI projects from leading technology innovators. Our purpose is to enhance Generative AI by integrating diverse real-world skills. Currently, we are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem initiative, a hybrid AI and human data scraping workflow project.

Job Overview

This freelance part-time remote position focuses on producing diverse visual materials including layouts, infographics, social media templates, and marketing collateral. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who handle routine tasks while you apply critical thinking, domain knowledge, and formatting expertise to create professional-grade designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging layouts and modern infographics, prioritizing visual hierarchy and readability.
• Create reusable, attractive templates for social media platforms and effective one-page designs.
• Enhance visual materials through mastery of typography, grid systems, and composition techniques.
• Convert raw concepts and data into polished visual assets that meet marketing and communication objectives.
• Maintain high design quality by verifying visual alignment, color consistency, and layout precision prior to delivery.

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in graphic or digital design or visual communication fields.
• Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
• Excellent command of typography, grid utilization, and visual layout principles.
• Experienced in creating structured information using contemporary infographics and social media graphics.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Ability to adapt design approaches between print and digital formats effectively.
• Upper-intermediate English language skills or higher (B2 level or above).
• Strong attention to detail, an adaptable mindset, and capacity to self-manage multiple design projects.
• Applicants must submit a CV in English including a portfolio link showcasing relevant graphic design examples; applications without portfolios will not be accepted.

Additional Information

This is a project-based freelance role, with task availability linked to active project phases. Hours are estimated between 10-20 weekly during active periods, though this workload is variable and not guaranteed.

Compensation rates on projects can reach up to $50 per hour equivalent, scaled by expertise and output rate. Rates and opportunities may differ across projects hosted on the Mindrift platform.
