Fraud Analyst

Overview

Inceed is collaborating with a reputable company in Katy, Texas, to recruit a proficient Fraud Analyst for their team amidst ongoing expansion. This role involves analytical tasks, including monitoring sales transactions, managing disputes, and reporting findings, within a well-regarded team that provides opportunities for professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Use the "Kount" tool to oversee high-risk transactions.
• Prepare documentation to address chargebacks and fraud-related disputes.
• Collect detailed information from clients, banks, and credit unions as needed.
• Track spending behaviors and identify recurring charges that may indicate fraudulent activity.
• Manage rule-based systems and report compilation to support fraud detection.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic background in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel functions.
• Previous experience in roles involving direct customer interaction.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Pivot Tables in Excel.
• Background in retail or distribution sector operations.
• Energetic, adaptable, and a fast learner.

Additional Information
